 Your Bermuda wedding and Bermuda honeymoon will be a romantic and memorable event at your choice of one of Bermuda's breathtaking locations. We offer customized weddings plus two packages. We recommend our Basic Wedding Package (for smaller groups from 2-6 people) which can be customized to your personal taste and budget by choosing either all of the services within the package, adding additional services or deleting services to suit your preferences and the number of guests. 

We also offer a "No Frills" Package for couples on a budget, who wish a simple wedding at a lower cost. This package cannot be customized eg. ordering of flowers, reserving horse & carriage etc.  If you wish to add services, you will be upgrading to the Basic Package at the Basic Package prices including The Bridal Suite's fees. You are certainly welcome to bring your own silk flowers, or video camera.

 Basic Bermuda Wedding Package (2 -6 people)
Price: US$2730.00 - includes the following services:

The Basic Pkg. is a starting point and cost remains as is if no additions are added or guests increased.  Deletions or additions of any service can be added to this package to personally customize your wedding. Additional requested services are added to this package and our fees are increased accordingly.  See pricing below.  With larger weddings, additional services, administration, hiring of additional on-site staff on wedding day, site set up/decoration of wedding site, pick up and return of rental equipment, attendance at wedding reception etc.,will be required. Additional expenses are incurred with larger weddings and your wedding will be cost out according to the services you have requested and the amount of time and administration incurred by The Bridal Suite to coordinate your wedding.  Pricing for groups over 6 people begins at $1000 + for The Bridal Suite's arrangement & attendance fees + 15% service charge.

No Frills Bermuda Wedding Package
US$1500 + $330 payable to Accountant General for Notice filing  & 1 marriage certificate- includes the following services:Bride / Groom & Brides maids on cliff
(No additions to this package - if you wish to add services, you will be upgrading to the Basic Package above and you must revert to the pricing in the Basic Wedding Package for all services including The Bridal Suite's fees/disbursements.)

Note: Additional costs will apply if wishing to marry in church for church fees, organist, etc.

To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required which amount will be credited to your final account.  ($500 up to 6 people, $750 for groups up to 15, $1500 up to 25; $2000  over 25. . This amount is credited to your final account. We accept MC, Visa, AMX or US bank draft/cashiers check.  If using a credit card a 5% service charge is applied.  Balance of payment is due one month prior to your wedding.

All of our services (florists, caterers, musicians, pastry chef, restaurants, livery stable, etc.) are the "cream of the crop", reliable, trustworthy suppliers, all of whom provide a "first class service". They are the most reputable of services the island has to offer with years of experience. When the most special and important day of a couple's life is their wedding, we leave absolutely nothing to chance. We are skillful negotiators and have access to the best suppliers you request. Some couples decide to arrange their own services from afar and not use a consultant, but when you are not familiar with the island or the quality of service provided from various suppliers, your wedding day is far too important to leave room for any unforeseen situations, which may occur. We, as your consultant, have the ability to anticipate and sidestep problems. As we are problem solvers by nature and provide sound advice, we act as your representative in all aspects of your wedding. We wear many different hats and will be your confidante, sister, mother, bridesmaid and most importantly, your new Bermuda friend. We will always advise of a back up contingency plan in case of inclement weather, if marrying outdoors. Sudden last minute arrangements may have to be made in an instant, if the weather happens to become unexpectedly inclement. These are all crucial decisions that rest on our shoulders to enable you to have a smooth, stress free wedding. We are not flustered by mishaps and will keep you blissfully unaware of minor glitches.
