• RESERVING YOUR BERMUDA WEDDING DATE:

To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required which amount will be credited to your final account.  ($500 up to 6 people, $1500 for groups up to 25, $2500 up to 50 and $3500 over 50). This amount is credited to your final account. We accept MC, Visa, AMX or US bank draft/cashiers check.  If using a credit card a 5% service charge is applied.  Balance of payment is due one month prior to your wedding.

• PHOTOGRAPHY -  All of the photographs displayed on our website are taken by Allister Simmons of The Bridal Suite.  Allister is a proficient photographer with over 20 years experience in both Canada and Bermuda.  His energetic and innovative photographic skills are a reflection of his excellent work as seen by his brides & grooms on wedding day.  He truly makes their "wedding photography" an entertaining and exciting adventure.  His imaginative photography has been displayed on front covers of wedding magazines (Preview, Bermuda Wedding & Honeymoon) and in various bridal, travel and airline magazines as well as in numerous newspaper articles in North America, England, Scotland and Japan.  If Allister is not available to shoot your wedding photography because of a previous commitment, we have numerous excellent photographers which have worked with The Bridal Suite for many years.  Digital Photography pricing begins at the Basic Pkg. for smaller groups $475 - 1 hr. (48 - 4x6 color prints + complimentary wedding album) -3 packages are offered which can be customized.  Additional photography in black and white as well as production on CD's is also available.

All of our services (florists, caterers, musicians, pastry chef, restaurants, livery stable, etc.) are the "cream of the crop", reliable, trustworthy suppliers, all of whom provide a "first class service". They are the most reputable of services the island has to offer with years of experience. When the most special and important day of a couple's life is their wedding, we leave absolutely nothing to chance. We are skillful negotiators and have access to the best suppliers you request. Some couples decide to arrange their own services from afar and not use a consultant, but when you are not familiar with the island or the quality of service provided from various suppliers, your wedding day is far too important to leave room for any unforeseen situations, which may occur. We, as your consultant, have the ability to anticipate and sidestep problems. As we are problem solvers by nature and provide sound advice, we act as your representative in all aspects of your wedding. We wear many different hats and will be your confidante, sister, mother, bridesmaid and most importantly, your new Bermuda friend. We will always advise of a back up contingency plan in case of inclement weather, if marrying outdoors.
