The following steps are required to reserve your wedding
date:
A non-refundable deposit of US$500 for groups
up to 6, $1000 for groups up to 25, $1500 for groups up to 50, and $2000
for groups over 50 payable to The Bridal Suite by a US bank cashiers check/draft
or credit card (MC, Visa, AMX). A service charge of 5% is applied if using
a credit card. Your deposit is credited against your final account.
Fax your completed Wedding
Planner Worksheet and signed Contract
to our Canada Sales office (705) 426-1479 upon reservation.
Airmail your signed Notice
of Intended Marriage form to our Canada Sales office, 68 Matheson Rd.
Suite 100, Woodville, Ontario K0M 2T0 (705) 426-9920 with a cashiers check
or international money order payable to the Accountant General in the amount
of US$243 (filing fees + 1 Marriage Certificate) for filing. Enclose photocopies
of final divorce decrees, if applicable. Also remember to complete the Notice
in full including bride & groom's full names (box 1 for bride's information
and box 2 for groom's information), no middle initials, full names, complete
address including zip code or postal code, marital status (condition), occupation,
place of intended marriage being Bermuda.
